Chrome Instructions

Click the link to download. Once completed, click to run. Provide the ID and Password to your support agent.

Internet Explorer Instructions

Click Run when prompted. Provide the ID and Password to your support agent.

Firefox Instructions

Click the link to download and click "Save File" when prompted. Double-click the file from the downloads window then click "Run" when prompted. Provide the ID and Password to your support agent.

 

Mac

Chrome Instructions

Click the link to download then click the downloaded zip to extract it. When the Downloads Window opens, double click the "Herrod Technology QuickSupport" application. Click Open when prompted to allow it to run. Provide the ID and Password to your support agent.

Safari Instructions

Click the link to start the download. Once the download is completed open Downloads and double click on the "Herrod Technology QuickSupport" application. Provide the ID and Password to your support agent.

Firefox Instructions

Click the link and choose to open the zip file with the archive utility. When the Downloads Window opens, double click the "Herrod Technology QuickSupport" application. Click Open when prompted to allow it to run. Provide the ID and Password to your support agent.
