How do I log in to Client Access?
- Go to www.herrodtech.com and click on the client access link on the top right.
- Type in the previously supplied user name and password.
How do I enter a support ticket?
- Click on the Requests tab.
- Click on Add.
- In the Subject box, type a brief summary of the support request.
- In the Description box, describe the issue you are requesting support for.
- Select the location (if applicable) in the Address dropdown box.
- Select the Priority based on how urgent the situation is. If it needs immediate attention, select High, if it needs attention within the next few days, select Normal, and if it is something you would like looked at the next time we are onsite, select Low.
- Select a Due date (if applicable).
- Click Save to submit the trouble ticket.
- Click on Log Out to leave the Client Access system.
How do I monitor the status of an existing support ticket?
- To look at a ticket to see the progress, click the Requests tab.
- Click on the number corresponding to the ticket to view the current status.
How do I generate a detailed report of the previous months billing cycle?
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Select Closing date in the Select By dropdown box.
- Select the closing date that corresponds to the billing cycle.
- Click Run.
- Click Print.
Before the email reaches you it is filtered through the Postini Message Center servers. Any mail items determined to be spam are held in quarantine in the Message Center. You can additionally control your individual spam filter settings within the Message Center itself, which is accessible at login.postini.com.
How do I allow an email through the Postini filter by using the nightly summary email?
- Each evening you will receive a summary email of the new items quarantined by Postini. Find the valid message in the summary email list.
- Click the Deliver link to the right of the valid message.
- The email message will be delivered to your mailbox.
How do I allow an email through the Postini filter by using the Postini Message Center?
- Login into the Postini Message Center at login.postini.com
- Find the valid message in the list on the Junk tab.
- Click the Deliver button to the right of the valid message.
- If you wish to always allow messages from this sender, check the box to the left of the message and click the Approve Senders button. If you only wish to allow this message through the filters once, click the Continue button.
- The email message will be delivered to your mailbox.

How do I manage the list of Blocked email addresses in the Postini Message Center?
- Login into the Postini Message Center at login.postini.com
- Click the My Settings link.
- Select the Blocked Senders link.
- Enter each sender you want to block in the Blocked Senders box. Each address needs to be entered on a new line or separated by either a comma (,) or semicolon (;).
- Click on the Update Blocked Senders button .
What do I do if I can't remember my Postini Message Center password?
- Go to the Postini Message Center login page at login.postini.com
- Enter your email address into the log in box.
- Enter any password (even though it may not be correct).
- Click the Log In button.
- If you didn't happen to guess your correct password, a "Forgot your password?" link appears. Click it.
- Click Submit and a temporary password will be emailed to the address you entered.
- Log in again with the temporary password and you will be prompted to select a new password.
