How do I log in to Client Access?

  1. Go to www.herrodtech.com and click on the client access link on the top right.
  2. Type in the previously supplied user name and password.

How do I allow an email through the Postini filter by using the Postini Message Center?

  1. Login into the Postini Message Center at login.postini.com
  2. Find the valid message in the list on the Junk tab.
  3. Click the Deliver button to the right of the valid message.
  4. If you wish to always allow messages from this sender, check the box to the left of the message and click the Approve Senders button. If you only wish to allow this message through the filters once, click the Continue button.
  5. The email message will be delivered to your mailbox.

How do I allow an email through the Postini filter by using the Postini Message Center?

  1. Login into the Postini Message Center at login.postini.com
  2. Click the My Settings link.
  3. Select the Approved Senders link.
  4. Enter each sender you want to approve in the Approved Senders box. Each address needs to be entered on a new line or separated by either a comma (,) or semicolon (;).
  5. Click on the Update Approved Senders button .
(Note: You can also approve entire domains, however we suggest to approve only single email addresses unless multiple email addresses from a particular domain are being caught in the quarantine)

How do I manage the list of Blocked email addresses in the Postini Message Center?

  1. Login into the Postini Message Center at login.postini.com
  2. Click the My Settings link.
  3. Select the Blocked Senders link.
  4. Enter each sender you want to block in the Blocked Senders box. Each address needs to be entered on a new line or separated by either a comma (,) or semicolon (;).
  5. Click on the Update Blocked Senders button .
(Note: You can also block entire domains, however we suggest blocking only single email addresses unless you wish to not receive ANY email from that particular domain)

What do I do if I can't remember my Postini Message Center password?

  1. Go to the Postini Message Center login page at login.postini.com
  2. Enter your email address into the log in box.
  3. Enter any password (even though it may not be correct).
  4. Click the Log In button.
  5. If you didn't happen to guess your correct password, a "Forgot your password?" link appears. Click it.
  6. Click Submit and a temporary password will be emailed to the address you entered.
  7. Log in again with the temporary password and you will be prompted to select a new password.
